All belts are off, huh. I'm still convinced it is metal to metal. What about your Turbos ? Suspect any damage in there where vanes are scrapping ? Any clutch damage ? Maybe a broken finger protruding out into the rotating mass. Pilot bearing

Whatever it is I'd say you see a pile of metal shavings left behind from your recording sessions.

Both Turbos were stopped and still makes this noise during idle..

Remove engine. If sound goes away then Bad engine...replace engine

Easy. One of the 68 vacuum hoses popped off of a broken solenoid valve nipple.
