Question Can anyone ID this?

I was changing the oil in my FD and under the car between the oil pan and the drivers side wheel. I noticed a loose white plug dangling around. It has one wire on it. And i dont know what it is, if i need it should i chop the damn thing off...maybe hook a neon to it? Bottom line...does anyone know what it is?

should be oil level sensor line.... see if its coming off a wire from that side of the oil pan... if not see if there is one there that you can plug in.

Sounds like the power connector for the A/C compressor clutch. I think the oil level is black but not too positive on that. I know the A/C connector should hang really close to the front rotor housing
