A/C Questions...
Well i am having some issues with the a/c...
I have had it recharged but its still not working right.
It randomly comes on and off if you jump the compressor it works ok.
Does anyone know where both pressure switches are?
Or is there anything else i could check or adjust? Any help would be great thanks.

Are you running a PFC? If so then this might help if it's kicking on and off like that. I'm about to try it on mine since it's doing the exact same thing.

Read up on that thread I just sent you and also this one. Most of the people with the similar problem ends up being the PFC not having a good enough ground for the AC, and this mod adds the extra relay and ground that it needs to keep it from kicking on and off. At the very least if it does work then it will have been a $20 mod that saved you from taking apart the dash or replacing condesor and whatever else trying to find it.

What are the high and low side pressures? The system could be working as designed, and is cutting off because the pressures are too high or low.
Assuming the leak is fixed, and there's enough of the correct refrigerant in the system...look at the "Sensor/SW" screen in the commander...there should be a "dot" in there labeled A/C. As I recall, and maybe someone else can confirm, this represents the A/C request input into the computer. See if it is seeing the A/C request. If the commander isn't showing the A/C request then your problem is likely related to the fuzzy ground problem mentioned previously. Typically an issue in cars equipped with the MANA A/C system. If the computer is seeing the request then the problem is any one of the following: incorrect pressures, the computer not outputting the request to the clutch relay correctly, the pressure switch, the relay, or the wiring between all of said components.
Switch locations are as follows:
Compressor Overheat Thermoswitch: in top of center of compressor
Evaporator Freeze Thermoswitch: on top of evaporator box under dash
High/Low Pressure Cutoff Switch: on high pressure hard-line under receiver/drier
Clutch Relay: in fuse box in front of car

Now that i saw the wiring diagram i think it is for sure the pfc causing the issue as when you push the a/c button most of the time nothing happens. But if you jump the relay the compressor comes on and the pressure switch is after the relay and would not work if it had low pressure...

I just checked the commander and it is not seeing the request... So hopefully i can fix the ground..
But some previous owner relocated the a/c controls so its going to be difficult...
