Buying Boost Controller and Guages

I am looking into getting a Greddy Profec b II boost controller, where can I get it for the best price? Also I am looking into getting a boost guage since my other one is screwed up, and an A/F guage and Temp guage. Where can I find these at the best prices NEW. I don't want autometer either.

I want the boost guage in bars, and I need the a/f guage and temp guage in 52mm. I am mounting them in an A-pillar. The question is where to put the boost guage?

Don't put the boost gauge on the steering wheel. The pods for that are utterly useless. I'd put it on the A-pillar and skip the AF gauge. Those things are pretty useless. If you want to know your a/f that bad, get a wideband.

Greddy is hands down the best quality for the best price. Hopup Racing has the best prices I've seen -

Another gauge mounting option is the Tripower pod that goes where the center channel speaker goes. Mine should be here by the end of the week .

I'm going to be running a 60mm mechanical Greddy boost with a 52mm Greddy water temp. You can run one 60mm gauge in that pod with minor dremel work, but 2 60mm gauges would be pushing it.

I love my profec B spec II, I bought it from another forum member. Purchasing one from a private party on this forum might be the cheapest way to do it.

For the center, if you're set with three, and if you can still get them, get the triple pod from flyrx7.

This thing is top notch.

What are you looking for in your gauges? Something to match? What are you looking to spend too? You can easily fork out $400 for those gauges depending on brand.

I just recently purchased and installed my Profec B Spec II and I love the features it has. By far the best controller for the money.

I have mine mounted on top of my steering colum, makes things easier when trying to keep tabs on ur boost pattern. Also works very well if you tend to boost past ur desired limit (Screen flashes red and brings the boost down to a safe level). Steve Kan recommended this setup when I was having it installed over Christmas. I was able to snag their holiday special price of $299 for the controller (No clue if this deal still applies).

I also have my GReddy 52mm Boost and Temperature Gauges mounted in a Pillar pod on the A-Pillar and they work great! Very accurate gauges that look awesome mounted anywhere.

Hope this helps with ur decision.

- Chris
