when i drive my car around it feels nice under low boost amounts with no noise or anything, but once im at 10 psi the car just bucks when i let off gas and makes a clattering noise from the turbo area .... what do you guys think the culprit is ? i have another set of turbos with 50k on them that im going to port the wastegate on then install, will this solve my problems ? also PFC is coming soon for me to

if your lookin to check em..
take out the intake pipings leading to the turbos for access..
not too cumbersome..
