Assuming you're not making those numbers up, I'd first consider fuel cut. The cat is possible, but it's not often that exhaust restrictions cause a 'bump'ing response.
Where were you to be going that speed?

150 is easily within the capability of a stock well maintained FD. Fuel cut should only occur from an abnormal event (over boost), which I have never seen running at those speeds. The car (at least US version) does not have a speed limiter.

12psi will produce fuel cut on the stock ecu. Not much margin left, and the fuel cut defense won't work if it appears as a quick enough spike. I suggest you install manual boost controllers or adjust the pills to bring it down a psi or two, or put in a reprogrammed or programmable ECU and get it tuned.

I second that, except replace the dp with a mp and add a power fc. (dont ask why about the midpipe and not a downpipe)
My car, non-sequential at 11psi, would surge at high speeds. I guess you could explain it like a gentle bucking. Just a thought
However, if you are sequential kindly disregard this post..., and the gentle bucking I mentioned above took place last night on the coffee table with my girlfriend.
