I broke my handle off before. You have to replace the whole thing. Your best bet is to find one used, I think mine was $200 new.

FD's and FC's all have the same door handle breaking problem!
It's made of aluminium and gets worn out after time!

I have a pair for sale but I need to use them as a plug for a mold before I can ship them. Let me know if you want to wait.

I had my driver's exterior door handle break as well; cost me $180. Your other problems have to be something simple with the linkage.

Yes, the pushrod for the lock is probably rubbing up against the inside of the door, preventing it to go through the full motion it needs to allow for unlocking from the outside. Try to check the angle at which this rod is going down into the door and adjust it.

Door handle

I believe I can get you a used Passenger handle off a right hand drive for around $125 plus shipping. Passenger door handles get very little use. Also it would the complete assembley not just the handle...Simple instalation might fix both problems at once. Let me know.
