Exclamation Brake Job help

Question for ya'll:

My FD is pending new brake pads/rotors, and it will be running again. My plans get derailed because I order the brake hardware so that I can put the pads on, and I get sent parts that partially don't fit. For example, I've gotten slide pins in the mail that were clearly too short for the caliper. I've also gotten M Clips of different sizes, to the point that I've put them in the caliper and the brake pads lean inward. If you looked at them from the top of the caliper, with your head facing the front of the car, they would literally look like a "V", where the bottom portion of the V is contacting the rotor and the top part isn't.

I'm super frustrated, but I figured I would ask here; where should I be getting my brake hardware from? I don't have the original hardware anymore so it's been a nightmare. Please help, and thank you in advance!

Really you can re-use the existing hardware most times. Clean it up, grease up any parts where there is movement, and good to go.
