Everytime I turn on the car in the morning I hear the air just flowing out of the bov is that normal. and my boost sometimes fluctuate......thanks

I have one disconnected, I swaped bov to check if they are woking and it still does the same thing, air just flowing out. Is this normal for stock bov...

Whenever there is vacuum present in the intake manifold the BOV will be open. That's why if you're accelrating, but not enough to boost, like casually up a hill, you can hear it bleeding off.

If there is vacuum, won't it be sucking air in, rather than venting it out? Also, it shouldn't open unless there is some significant amount of vacuum (which you may in fact reach at idle, I don't know how much it is for sure). It doesn't open under just any vacuum.
The AWS system is unrelated to the BOV. It has a solenoid on the underside of the extension manifold and a hose the goes to the outside of the plastic pipe that connects to the throttle body.

That's a good question. Our boost gauges are usually hooked up the manifold between the throttle plates and the engine, so it is conceivable that there is boost between the throttle and the turbo, even when the boost gauge shows vacuum.
However, the AWS system opens a path that goes around the throttle plates, so it seems that if there was boost, it would find its way to the manifold through the AWS solenoid and still show up on the boost gauge. I don't think there is any boost created by the AWS startup routine.
You can cruise at 8000 RPM with no boost, so RPM does not necessarily lead to boost.

I believe that the primary turbo makes more pressure than air being draw into the engine when at idle and this is why you can feel boost venting from the blow off valve. The fact that the throttle is closed explains why you don't see boost on the gauge. I could be wrong
