Are you able to give us a boost pattern? Do a third gear pull and let us know what figures you get! This will give us more of an idea if your issue.

Check this out too... this should help - http://fd3s.net/boost_problems.html

Weird whistling sound? As in boost leak? If you're only making 4-5 pounds of boost than the secondary turbo shouldn't be coming online. Have you checked for any loose/burst hoses in the rats nest? Check your intake pipes to make sure the bolts/screws holding them to the turbo's have not spun loose, check the IC piping for any leaks or bad coupler seals.

Is this a sudden problem, or has it been a gradual build-up?

Stop driving your car, NOW!!!!

You've either got a very messed up sensor, or you have a HUGE cooling problem.

When using an intercooler only (no A/I) the optimum air temps would be a couple degree's above ambient. 30-40 degrees celcius is a good temp range in the summer, 50+ you want to be leery, at 90 you are batshit insane to be driving under boost!!!

No way is Canada hot enough to validate those air temps...

Cruising should stay in low-mid 30's.. The *worst* I've ever seen was 70* Celsius and that was after about 5 miles of constant 16psi while racing an EVO. This was with a Beefy SMIC (GReddy). Seeing temps that high (on a relatively hot day) convinced me to get Water Injection, and plan on a V-mount in the fall.

My suggestion would be to take your car to a known Rotary Specialist and have them check it out. That and read a lot more of the technical articles on this forum.
