Boost Pattern 5-5-14?

I still have the original sequential setup.

I just installed my intakes today and some reason something isn't working right.

It also seems the pattern is way off.

I used to go from a perfect 10-8-10 to a 5-5-14.

Is this possible by just installing the intakes?

I have a PFC installed and have it set to 70 kg - 75 kg.

Looking at my mods, does that look right?

I don't honestly know how to tune my PFC and would be great if anyone can help.

Also, it seems I get this weird annoying sound when I accelerate or decelerate on my car.

I mean when the second turbo comes, its "oh **** I **** my pants" kinda feeling which I'm really not used too.

I miss my primary turbo. Also, I first noticed this when I was pushing my car on a really open road.

Not only did it seem like the car wasn't going anywhere, I heard a bit of backfiring while WOT.

Please tell me its not my turbo's going cause I just got the turbo's this year. =(.

B.t.w, I just installed the Apex-i intakes.

I put in the silver pill into the hose that leads up next to the UIM.

But if that is for the air-pump, why would I hook it up to that.

Shouldn't I hook it up to the Air Pump?

So you are saying that you installed the intake and the boost pattern changed? If this is the case then something was installed incorrectly or something was disturbed during installation.

PM me with the details of your installation and we'll see if we can't get you back on track.

The thing is, I am pretty sure everything was done correctly.

Is there like certain hoses that has to connect on certain parts of the intake?

I just figured if the hose was within reach, it is where it should go.

When I installed the intakes, I did it with the aluminum intake pipes I bought off ebay.

I believe the bottom does not fit right, but the top should?

Anyway, I have my top aluminum hard pipe on, and it looks pretty nice, but if its the cause of my boost problem I will switch it back.

All I want to know is, could it be the pipes?

Also, which pipe leads to primary turbo and which leads to secondary turbo?

Can you just point out which one I should put the cylinder in?

Should I be worrying about the backfiring at WOT?

You should not be going WOT if you boost to 14psi.

From the picture, everything seems to be hooked up correctly. The restrictor is located in the hose that runs parrallel to the secondary intake tube correct?

Was your Power FC tuned for stock intakes? That might explain your 14 psi boost on the secondary turbo. You might try adjusting your boost control on the Power FC

Also, it seems I get this weird annoying sound when I accelerate or decelerate on my car.
Those noises are the intake air rushing in, and the CRV and air bypass valves releasing boost. The old stock airbox muffled those noiese. Switching to an open-type intake allows you to hear more of those intake sounds

I mean when the second turbo comes, its "oh **** I **** my pants" kinda feeling which I'm really not used too.

Doesn't sound like turbos. Might be a tuning issue, or something electrical that got disconnected.

Refer to this resource if you're still having problems.
