I know that on a properly functioning fd the boost should read about 4psi in neutral if you rev the engine (in sequential mode). When I did it I got 6.7psi. Is that normal or is that too high. Its the first time that I have noticed it.

i think thats ok, better than no boost correct? and are u having any boost problems?

 

I have 0psi when I rev in neutral but the blow off does go off.

 

Umm doesn't the BOV only go off when you get OFF the throttle? As long as you're on it, you *should* be able to build 4psi if you're sequential, working fine.

 

My boost is fine and it works properly. Just wanted to know.
