Boost Loss -- from 9-10lbs to 4-5lbs HELP NON-SEQ

Car is:

Full non-seq
Street ported motor (strong )
Power FC
1300cc seconds
Full exhaust
etc

Yesterday the car was fine. Boosting 9-10lbs fine then yesterday while driving I noticed it didnt feel as fast, I looked at the boost gauge and Im at .3 bar! WTF!

I havent passed 5k but th ecar would pull like a freight train. It also build boost kinda slow. Not as fasdt as before?

There is somewhat of a hissing noise also. Is a line off? Or are my turbos bad?

Josh

you might have some vacuum loss somewhere. You should check all the coupler around the IC and the BOV's.

I say it sounds very much like boost leakage.. like others said, check your connectors/couplers, BOV, and make sure non of the hoses are cut..

i had may boost issues and I would say its something very simple.. since its non-seq.. you don't have too much to check..

start with ic lines..

I know mine sucks the stock primary intake almost closed when I get on it. It makes a terrable hissing noise and little to no boost. Also poofs a lil smoke when it happens. I should change the intakes but who has time.......
