boost at idle

I know that fds dont make boost at idle, but ive also heard cars revving in the engine in neutral or the clutch in and the BOV opening(WHHOOOOSSH), how is this possible, and how could i do it to my rx7.

You will get around 4psi if you stand on the gas in neutral, as Johnny stated. It has to do with exhaust backpressure.

I'm running straight exhaust, with the exception of the trust cat-back, and I still get 4psi in neutral at WOT.

Moroso makes a line lock kit. Called Anti Roll Kit? I heard about that somewhere... Alows boost production in neutral... Can someone elaborate?

That's for burnouts in drag racing:
