boost at idle

I know that fds dont make boost at idle, but ive also heard cars revving in the engine in neutral or the clutch in and the BOV opening(WHHOOOOSSH), how is this possible, and how could i do it to my rx7.

You will get around 4psi if you stand on the gas in neutral, as Johnny stated. It has to do with exhaust backpressure.

I'm running straight exhaust, with the exception of the trust cat-back, and I still get 4psi in neutral at WOT.

That's for burnouts in drag racing:

It's a brake lock kit to hold the car while in the water box...
