Boost fluctuation? Help please!

I installed my walbro yesterday.. and today I messed with the boost settings in the PFC. I set it to .85 primary and .90 secondary.. and on the highway I was getting some really wierd boost fluctuations. In third gear at WOT I could literally watch the boost gauge needle bounce from 13-12-13-12.. just like that.. it was so wierd I dont even know what caused it. Any suggestions?

lower your duty cycles, the PFC is over shooting your boost target and then attempting to settle

yes...you should use lower values at first until you reach your target boost level... that is incrementally increase the % until you reach your desired boost level...this prevents boost spiking when the 2ndary kicks in...although the lower values cause boost to increase relatively slower

Woah! Thanks. What are those values anyways? I turned them down and got .91 bar all the way to redline.. no fluctuation at all. Thanks a bunch!

the values correspond to the duty cycles of the wastegate and turbo precontrol solenoids
