Is it possible to have boost creep without a MP? I seem to have the symptoms. Badly.

 

yes, you can have boost creep w/o midpipe. I think you can have it with the most simple mods such as catback or just intake. It just so happens that midpipe normally brings out the boost creep badly.

Are you sure you aren't seeing a "boost spike" instead of "boost creep"?

 

Well, I'm pretty sure. My understanding is that boost spike is a temporary thing that settles down and Boost creep being that you experience an ever increasing boost increase once it kicks in which is what I'm getting.
I'm getting roughly a 12-8-15 pattern now although I have recorded on the PowerFC 1.11 boost. which should put me above 16 before I let off.

Now I've modified my PowerFC with different boost settings inadvertently testing another map and actualy had something controllable where this didn't happen. I need some more runs but I've been playing host this weekend so I've had so little time to play with the car.
