BNR Stage 3, does it matter what turbo I use?

Cuz there are early stock twin, and there are 99 spec stock twin, I wonder if there is a difference between the 2 to do the BNR stage 3 upgrade (assume its same mileage)

and BNR saids to send the Y-Pipe in for modification, I assume that means the later Efini Y-Pipe ?

He switches the entire center section(compressor, shaft and turbo). Just send a good core with as little cracking as possible
