If you mean this one, it's the output of the EGR sensor from the EGR valve. Connects to the ECU (PCME) to monitor the EGR valve condition, i.e. open or closed. Early models did not use its function, so it was left floating.

Maybe this forum thread can help?

If it contains brown/yellow and brown/white wires, it's not the EGR monitor connector. The EGR connector uses (according to the 1994 FD wiring diagram) brown/black and light blue/green wires.

Do you see your mystery connector in this picture?

FD3S X-05 PLUG - BLUE ECU PLUG (93 S6 JDM)

WL BG XX XX Y BrB BL
X BrW BY BrY BW R Br

WL - Cooling fan relays
BG - EGR
Y - 1st Gear
BrB - TPS ground
BL - EGR
BrW - Pressure sensor
BY - +12 Injectors
BrY - Fuel temperature sensor
BW - +12 to solenoids
R - 2nd gear switch
Br - Neutral switch

this is what I'm referring to, br/y is the fuel temp which i removed but the br/y needs to be connected still to the pressure sensor
