FL Blinkers turning signal not working.

The blinkers on my 94 fd have stopped working. I have read a bunch of things about it, but can't figure it out. When I activate the hazards lights they turn on and the relays at cpu#2 click and the dash signal lights works.
Is there another fuse for the blinkers besides the hazard?
I have a constant 12v power to the flasher plug.
How can I test my turn signal switch? Just to rule it out. All threads I have read are missing that part. In some says that the flasher unit could be bad. How?
I know the flasher unit has to receive the signal from the switch, but I don't see any othe voltage on the flasher unit plug.
The test is done with the ignition ON.
It might be easy fix for some of you guys, and don't flame me if it is.
Thanks for the help..

It's either the flasher stuff in CPU #2 or the turn signal stalks, which is pretty uncommon.

The shop manual should have a test procedure in it.

Well, looks like someone tried to fix it with doctape.. and also it burned two resistors. One resistor just dissapeared. Jim has my back though as always.

Red94,

The duct tape is covering the Buzzer. The pin holes on it indicate someone attempted to "fix" it. The metal drum inside may have been perforated before. Most importantly, your resistor is not burned. That is leaked electrolyte from the capacitor, C3, right above it! There may also be some damage to Q8 so please inspect it too.

Take a look at my Body CPU Components List thread for replacement parts for C3 and the buzzer.

Please neutralize that leaked acid with some isopropyl alcohol.

Thanks Gen2n3.. I will see what i can find, I see some burning on the board and I just replace it to be honest. Lol. I have a good working CPU on the way.. There was something next to that resistor, which is gone now. I say that because I can see the join points from the other side of the board.
