Hey Chris, not sure if you ever decided on a final route to take WRT your brakes, but I thought I'd throw this option out there for ya...

You can use any 4 point brake kit you'd like (bolt-on or custom made), and simply run an accessory e-brake caliper from Dali Racing: http://daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog...cfm?focus=414-

You sure? I know the caliper looks similar, but the writing on it looks like the Mazdaspeed font... But yea, either way, the good news is you can use that e-brake caliper w/ any 4-point BBK you choose to use

 

let me rephrase. Hyperion is now using the Racing Brake kit. I have no idea what kit is in the pic your posted.
