Best way to completely drain oil?

I want to drain as much oil as possible because I think my oil is severely fuel flooded. I've drained the oil, filled it back up, the next day it smelled like fuel. Curious if it's possible that it's undrained oil/fuel. Car hasn't been run for a month. Car is also unable to run at the moment.
I pulled the rear turbo oil return line from the block and it had no fuel smell whatsoever.
In my current situation what is the best way to drain all the oil? I'm assuming there's still a lot of oil in the oil cooler too.
Fuel rails are out of the car.
Rebuilt 9k miles ago.

No (practical) way to completely purge the system. In addition to the oil cooler(s) there is also oil stranded in the rotors.
Some fuel dilution over time is common. Stranded oil and a bit of fuel dilution are two reasons change intervals should be a little closer. If it's really bad you have some other aggravating issue....leaking injectors, rich tune, poor clearances, worn side seals, out of spec irons etc.
