Best performing exhaust

I have already done the search on exhausts and catback systems. However, I did not find an answer to my question, which is what exhaust sytem gives the most hp. Keeping in mind, that I don't care about price or the noise level as long as it is street legal. Please I'm not looking for opinions on the best sounding or looking exhaust just what gives the most hp. If anyone has any factual info it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You should check with your local county to find out what is legal (especially noise wise).

It would be a shame to spend a lot of money on an exhaust that is going to get you a ticket every time you are on the road.

I don't really think there is much difference between exhausts. I mean, there may be 1-5hp differences from the major manufactur's, but you really shouldn't stress over it.
