Best fitting high flow midpipe?

Can anyone chime in with the best fitting high flow cat? I don't care about the quality of the cat, what's more important is the fitment along with the alignment to the down pipe and catback (also noting that the metal rod should fit appropriately into the rubber hanger). I am talking with a manufacturer in Japan for a limited run of 90mm titanium high flow cat mid pipes and want to supply him with the best design. I have a couple brands in mind however your input is truly appreciated.

If fitment is your only concern, you cant do better than an oem cat.

My Bonez went right in the way the stocker came out.

I have the magnaflow resonated mid-pipe from rx7store. Fit fine, wouldn't say perfect, but once you tighten the bolts down it's not rubbing anywhere.

My vote goes to the Bonez - it fits into the hanger properly, the angles and locations of the flanges line up with the stock unit, and the air pump connection works without any fuss.

It replaced a unit with not so great fitment on my car so that made me appreciate its quality a bit more.

Really, pretty much anything that isn't an Ebay cheapie will fit well. I've had countless exhaust systems and variations on my car and everything lined up and fit properly save the Ebay midpipe I had.

IMO the Rx7store midpipe is not a great option. I had fitment issues with mine and after a few track days the muffler packing was completely gone, effectively defeating its intended purpose. The magnaflow muffler does not hold up to the exhaust temperature of a rotary well. I'll be hopefully repacking my magnaflow in the near future with a better material.

Copy something Japanese.

Knightsports Metalit Pro200 is the best I know about.

Can you get titanium cased catalytic converters? I wouldn't use a cat with a core diameter less than 5" and prefer a mid pipe with a muffler and cat converter if possible.

I've tried various over the last 10 years. Best fitting high flow cat is the Bonez from RX7.com. Places the cat right where it should be w/o hitting anything.
