Belt Size??

I tried going to Auto Parts, that was a waste. Anyways, what size belt is it for when you remove the airpump?? Thanks

When I did mine, I had to order the Greddy pulley kit to get the belt (only available in Japan). RP sells the belt separately. It's for the smaller pulleys and airpump deletion though, so may be too short if you have stock pulleys. Some owners have managed to use available belts, while others have found those belts don't fit their cars. Seems to vary by car. I think I checked on Steve C's site before ordering the pulley kit - deduced it was the best/safest way to go.

Well now the 310k4 is to thing. It only takes up 3 of the 4 grooves on the pulleys. Any ideas?

just checked my engine bay. It is a 4 rib becasue you can't find a 5 rib in the right length. I the numbers on it have rubbed off so I can't read the length, but jsut try a 310 and if thats to short get a 320 or 330. until you find the right size.

Get 300k4 or 3 (Go to Pep Boys!) if you have the stock Pulley still.
Or you will have to drill out some room on the adjusting bracket.
*hint (stock Honda Alternator Pulley is the same as the Greddy Aftermarket Pulley) & cheaper

Like I siad, the stock pullies take a K5 (5rib) belt. The problem with elminating the the a/p while using stock pullies is that you can't find a 5 rib belt in the right length. That is why you have to settle for a 4 rib belt. Its not going to hurt anything to run the 4rib around the alt and w/p instead of the 5 rib.

I just did this. the only pulley not stock for me, is the main pulley. for me the 300 k 3 was the only size that fit.
Im using the K3 for now but looking for a K5 to replace it.
looks like ill have to search the web as none of the local places have a listing for a 300k5

The exact belt size whe you remove air pump is 300K5.
You can use 300K4 or K3 till you get right one.
