Bearing on Power Steering tensioner?

SO I lost my power steering in a pugg of white smoke yesterday. The belt broke up and I drive home from wok old school. When I went to replace it today, the pulley was stuck tight. It looks like there is a bearing in the pulley that I may need to replace. Has anyone ever swapped one of these out before?

Thanks,

Dan

Are you talking about the idler pulley or the PS pump itself?

Actually, if it was either I'd just get a good used one, they're a dime a dozen.

Its the pulley. I am trying to figure out if I need a new one. There is the pulley, a spacer and the locknut. The spacer that the pulley goes on isnt as deepy as the pulley. If I tighten the locknut down, it wont allow the pulley to turn. That's why I am thinking there is a bearing in the pulley. Make sense?

I replaced that idler pulley last year. Bought it from Ray Crowe. You might as well as get a new bolt and washer for it if it is currently missing.

Just tried O'rielly, no luck. I'll try NAPA and if not is looks like its just 57 from Mazmart.

I mentioned NAPA because I've bought that bearing there. Was about $13 if memory serves.

If you seized and spun the bearing, I'd make sure the center spacer isn't damaged or the race didn't score the pulley.

For the official, it was 57 for the bearing new from Mazmart, plus 1.68 for the locknut. Delivered in 3 days.
