Power steering problems

I keep putting 360k6 belts on my power steering and I've shredded every one of them off. Bearings are good in the idler, both pulleys are good. It seems like it's walking itself off the front. Everything seems to be lined up also.

Anyone else have this problem?

Try and turn the engine over by turning the crank pulley. And observe where the belt is "walking" itself out of the groove. I bet you there is a pulley alignment problem.
