Battery always dies?

Well recently at least. Heres the deal. Motors blown, still driveable though. My FD's been in the garage for the past whole week. Tried to turn it on today, and that isn't happening. Its turning, but not enough juice. Radio or anything electrical was off, with exception of factory alarm. Last thing I did to it was wash it. Any ideas? Btw, I have a odessey (red top) battery.

Sorry for a simple question, times too short these days. TIA.

How old is the battery?
Mine can sit in the garage for 2 weeks and still start the car - BUT I don't usually have the alarm activated while its in the garage.

If temps have dropped to cold, and you didn't start the car recently it's very possible the battery is just gone.

Another common problem is the glove box light stays on all the time, check to make sure your box shuts tight enough that the light turns off when its closed.

Just a shot in the dark, but do you think it could be your alternator? If that is bad it can cause your battery to die an early death.

when i bought my car with a blown motor i had a lot of trouble getting the thing started. the motor just doesn't want to crank when its shot no matter how good or bad the battery is. motor is rebuilt now and the battery cranks it up fine. some cheapo battery on mine.
