Some people have used the the older FB emblem on their FD's which I think looks nice. You can find that at Mazdatrix: http://www.mazdatrix.com/n-7.htm (emblem F)

They must not have been attached right. If the emblems have the one way fastener/clips on the back of the posts they are nearly impossible to get off without breaking something. Don't just put them on with double sided tape. Even trim adhesive tape is not good enough. Use the fasteners on the back of the posts...

If people want them, they are going to keep trying until they get them. That may mean damage to the area surrounding the emblem. I'd rather just make it easier for them to take them off (double sided tape) or impossible (shaved).

I went to a drag event other week with Crashunit (just spectating) and came back and saw someone jacked my rear Mazda emblem.
GRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrr
******* hoodlems. Of course it had to be at a "drag" event. The new hot crazy of 16 year old drivers.
Replaced the front and missing rear badge with black efini emblems from Jason at the rx7store.net
I think they were 46 for both shipping included.
They were shiny, new, and my car looks better with them than the old crush badges anyway.
Oh, word of advice. When putting on replacement badges, whatever they are, use a really light glue, like wood glue or somethign. In the event someone tries to jack them again, LET THEM!!!!!!
I'd rather have someone walk away easily with my 40 dollar emblems than leave scratches on my car trying to steal them.
Of course after I tell my gf i bought Efini emblems for my car, she's wondering why I didn't buy her a set too =(
I'm sorry baby, I'll buy a set of floormats or something.
