bad idle after hard run

after a good run on the car today car idle started hunting to 1500rpm it wil go up and down and the back to 900rpm but also notice i loose all boost when i get to 5000rpm and car drives quite bad low down could i of blown one of the gaskets

The first thing you want to check is to see if the vaccum hose on the MAP sensor is connected. It is a little black box located on the driver side firewall (at least it is on the A-Spec FD).

map sesnosr is conected i have also re did all gaskets lim uim gaskets and car idle varies it bounces between 1000rpm to 1500rpm any ideas

Sometimes after a hard run on the highway my idle will sound rough. Even though map sensor was still connected and stock port. Sounds nice but!

ruff idle

check for vaccum leak...
most likely thats the problem
are u runnin stock ecu..
u must off blew a hose offf...
get like carb cleaner an start car
spray around intake an if idle goes up
there's your leak...

i have a non seq convesrion have replaced all gaskets in uppr and lower int manifold what is also does at low rpms its seems to hold back until you give it gas it .it goes good at high rpm just low it very bouncey
