Ok, Everything is installed correctly, and it worked for last 1 and half yr.... i capped hose and everythin.
like today i checked hoses.. they are not loose or anything.. any idea? but even though "off" mode it goes up more than 15psi.. it suppose to be like 6psi ~ 7psi..
Any idea? please help!

Im having terrible overboost problems today as well.
Couple questions for you (forgive the ignorance), which could help me out too:
1. Where does the AVCR solenoid control presure in the wastegate control lines? Near the actuator, or close to the wastegate control solenoid?
2. What model year are your turbos? Have they been replaced?
2. Do you have any restrictor pills in your wastegate lines?
3. IS

Yeah, it could very well be the hose going from the turbo housing into the wastegate actuator. Maybe somebody could answer me this: What could happen if one vented the line leaving the wastegate actuator, going up to the wastegate solenoid? Would it overboost or go to 7 psi?

Damn it.. i just relplace all the vac hoses around wastegate and actuator.. still overboosting.. it will go easily 15psi +++ at "OFF" mode on AVC-R setting..
I don't know what the problem is... should i replace whole wastegate? please help me.. i blew my motor cuz overboosting last time when i installed avc-r wrong.. i paid $5500 core exchange engine from MAZDA..
PLEASE HELP ME!! i did research.. but i couldn't find any good information..

Here are about your only options:
1. Port the wastegate
2. Add restrictor plates to the exhaust
3. Put a cat converter back on

the wastegates on on your turbos are internal. you can not add an external one w/o a **** load of effort and time. not to mention that it woiuld not be feasible.
check the avcr solenoid. i had one go bad and the unit could not regulate the boost.....

Where was your solenoid mounted? If i was close to the turbos, it might have gotten damaged from all the heat. Also, did you test your actuator to make sure it's working?

they are mounted far away from turbo.. i will try to get picture of it.. how do test my actuator is working?
p.s i was driving interstates.. this Rice boy (integra GSR) try to race me.. LOL.. i couldn't get on boost.. so i lett him go.. he was smillin.. thought he was won or something..
thanks for reply!!
