Angry ARRRGH What the Hell Does This Mean?

Everytime I park my car for a min or two it leaves a puddle of gas behind. Anyone have any idea that might cause it? It's a new motor less than 1000 miles on it. SUUUUUCKS

Sounds like a roadside barbecue waiting to happen . Seriously, check your fuel lines for leaks.

where is the puddle at? in the rear of the car,..front? It could be a loose hose clamp on the fuel lines due to the new engine install. Or it could be the FPD, or a line from the tank if it is towards the rear.

obviously you got a serious leak some place, find it NOW or your car might go up in flames with you inside...

What he said...Could be leaky injectors also...if you have an aftermarket rail they could not be seated properly....Bring a BIG fire extinguisher around with you if you MUST drive it....I think one of the most painful things would be to watch you car burn to the ground and you can't do **** about it.

HAHA lol anyways, it's near the back of the motor between the firewall somwhere in the back. it leaks out right behind the oil pan. it's still stock fuel rails but I did upgrade my primarys to 850cc but the injectors look dry all around them, can't actually see where it's coming from, just that it's coming out behind the oilpan area.

I would definitely NOT drive your car until you get to the bottom of that. That sounds extremely dangerous.

Take a few minutes and pull your UIM, should be able to get a much better view. I think it's fpd also. Hopefully it's something easy. Don't be foolish, don't drive it until it's fixed.

Just follow your fuel lines (located under the Brake's Master clyinder. There are 3 lines,
follow them and you will hopefully find it. Now if you have a friend turn on the key
(fuel pump will turn on causing it to pump some fuel through the lines) you might be
able to see where it coming from. FYI don't do this too many times, so that you don't
flood you engine. Good hunting.

BTW Skunks hows your license doing in HI ?
