Do you have the mounting brackets? I have a customers car here I will snap some pix for you of the install. If I remember correctly on that IC you have to bend a couple things in the engine bay to make the IC sit even and not be tilted to one side. Ill try to snap some pics this evening.

hey Banzai do you happen to have any pic of the apexi front mount setup for twins turbo? Did you fab any bracket for side of the intercooler so it can be stable b/c i installed it but it seem to rock back forth at the bottom.

There are brackets for either side of the IC that mount to factory radiator mounting locations, then, then there is the bracket that you can see behind the hood latch in the pic above. That is it for the IC supports, it is pretty solid. The second link I provided above came in with the IC and twins, go to the "breakdown" page for pics.

Test your fans. You either have something wires wrong, or you blew a fuse or relay. Did you extend the fan wires?

How much HP (or flow capacity at 25psi) can this support? Looks like its pretty thick.

Anyone making big power with this intercooler? Am building my car now and just picked one of these apexi front mounts. My goal is to be around 600hp and need to know if its achievable with this intercooler or if I need to cut the front of my car a install a bigger intercooler.
