Angry Anyone using Gothom Rasing SS clutch line?

I ordered both brake lines and clutch line since they were the only place I knew of that had them both by Goodridge, otherwise I would have got the coated brake lines from RP. They substituted their generic version instead without an email or phone call. WTF I've allready used the K2RD and the fitment sucked, cause it's not metric.


Has anybody installed their generic version?

yeah.. i believe i got the generic version of the clutch line also from Gotham. It looks a bit different from the brakeline (no Goodridge lable) but fits perfect and works fine.

ok, that makes me a little less mad. I called Goodgridge and there is no part # for the SS clutch line. They only list the brake lines. Too bad, cause summitracing would have been $20 less. Thanks for the reply - Gambit

Clutch line ( and brake lines) work perfectly. Easy install. I also installed speed bleeders at the same time- amazingly simple, yet effective.

Matt - I beleive the M'Trix SS clutch line is the same as K2RD's. It's not metric, so the clips won't fit on the ends. I have one and want to use the clips. That's why I ordered the Goodridge version. Although I couldn't verify they are made by Goodridge when I called.

gcthree - where did you get the speedbleeders from? ...direct from them?

Corksport has one as well $18, plus $2 and you can get it coated.

coated w/ what? do they offer clear? optimally any of the SS lines that see alot of grime (brake and clutch) should be coated for long life

i got my clutchline from Gotham- I guess I got the generic one - same situation as Gambit023- fit without a problem. However, I would have liked to receive what I thought I was getting...A goodridge product or label.

I agree, twas my point espcially with $20 shipping. I was happy to pay extra for matching lines that I know fit well and last long. Goodridge can not even verify that they make the clutch line for Gotham.

I just do not know where you would get it, I have seen the FC lines, and it is on pretty thick. SO I am not sure a spray would do it....

This Technafit SS clutch line looks exacly like my Gotham SS clutch line that was supposed to be Goodridge but isn't...

I purchased an ORC clutch line from Takakaira (It's tight). Giving mine away free with my used clutch on ebay. I gave my K2RD one away to a while back. The ORC is definately a keeper! It 's! It's not a fake Ebay copy "lol".
