Steering wheel swap saved me 4.4 lbs. Not worth much. Total with the airbag sensors and wiring I saved 8.8 lbs.

Obviously remove interior. Or to the very least the rear bins in the back.

Smaller battery.

Change glass to lexan

CF fenders

Convert twins to single (or is it the same?)

CF hood (although stock hood is pretty light)

CF doors (lots of money though lol)

This get's said most any time anyone mentions CF doors, but it's worth mentioning again. They are not safe without a full cage w/ serious door bars, so your net savings on weight may not be what you think.
