Another Clutch Noise/Problem Question

So its been about 1 and a half years that ive had my spec stage 2 cltuch. Since day one Ive noticed that something was weird about it. Super light clutch pedal, extremely sensitive and unsmooth engagment (like a puck clutch) and really high engagement point. But I lived with it.

Now, I started getting two weird and uncommon noises. One is a loud knocking, clicking noise which comes from the tranny/clutch area. It sounds exactly like the exhaust is hitting the frame. It makes this noise when the car bucks in low rpms or when I shift and release the clutch alittle quick causing the car to buck.

Second. This is my main concern as it just recently strarted and has been getting worse. If I start off in 1st gear alittle quickly, not launching but rev it to 2k and just semi drop the clutch it makes this wooooo tranny sound while the clutch is engaging. If i start off normally, riding the clutch slowly it dosent make this noise but as soon as I get alittle aggresive in my 1st gear take off you hear it. It also makes this noise if I down shift without rev matching and its really loud. This noise is comparable to the whine dogbox trannies make except it goes away ounce the clutch is fully engaged.

Im pretty sure I need a new clutch and im going to start looking for a used ACT S/S. My question is what caused this to happen? And for sure do all these symptoms relate to my clutch? I am to make sure before I tear my tranny apart and get a new clutch

fluid level is perfect. I just put neo fluid in a week ago while this prob started months ago. The clutch dosent slip when it comes to wot through gears but I do need to ride the clutch a lot in 1st to get it going from stop smoothly. (I think its normal, just the way the clutch is)

Is the pilot bearing part of the clutch assemble or trans?

In a normal car the pilot bearing is pressed into a recess on the back of the crankshaft...i imagine its the same for rotary except on the E-shaft. please correct me if im wrong

Then I dont believe its the pilot bearing because the noise only is heard when the clutch is grabbing/engaging. Ill try to get it on video.

IF it is the clutch (and I'm not certain of that), then it sounds like there may be clutch material deposited on the flywheel/pressure plate, or the flywheel or pressure plate is warped, causing noise as the irregularities slide over the disk segments.
