Has anyone else noticed that removal of the air pump causes a really low idle. I disabled the pump on a hunch that maybe the car would idle better with out the pump wile the ac was on. I herd the air pump was only engaged below 3000 rpm's, and since my car idles at about 500rpms with the ac on I figured with out the air pump maybe my car would at least idle around 800 like its supposed to. Insted it did the opposite, idleing around 600-650 with the ac off and between 500-700 with the ac on.. wierd???
