every body. I want to know the air pump is for what?
becauses i want to install Greedy pully set, is need remove the air pump?

 

It feeds fresh air into the catalytic converter so that the cat doesn't clog up as fast.

Can i disconnect the air pump because the puly set belt is not for air pump.

 

Make sure that you dont just add a midpipe if you have any other mods and no fuel mangement.

 

The cat completes combustion on exhaust fumes (by heating them up), cleaning up the exhaust. You need the air for this combustion.

The cat will clog without the pump. You won't pass emmisions without the cat, and it's illegal to drive on the road (if you care).

 

Are there emissions laws in Hong Kong?

Anyways, if you can't get an aftermarket fuel computer or port your wastegate, you can put in a restrictor plate in your exhaust system.

 

And be sure to check your map sensor

i have FC power for change fuel setting but how to setup a new fuel map (add or less)?. how to checked map senor?
H.K. FD3s is very difficult to pass the annual check in normal procedure.(But i have another method)
