Any-who, i would check the oil line for the turbos, and/or if that not leaking, it could be bad turbos aswell.
What does the smoke smell like?

i got the uim off and got the FP going. all i hear is the hum of the fuel pump, if i can hear it going in the engine bay, in addition to the rear end is that indicate a leak? is hearing it near the engine normal. now i have to get under the Cluster **** of vac hoses to get a good look at the fuel rail, is there a way to remove the whole thing w/o undoing all of the hoses?

man you really should find someone local who know what he is doing, a fuel leak is no joke. You have to remove the rats nest to get to the fuel system, no other way, it is a very big job. You do a vacuum job if you never made one while you are in there.

you need to install a fuel pressure gauge in the pressure side on the fuel lines, this way you'll see if you have a fuel leak.
