Aftermarket Pulley with OEM Diameter
Hey all does anyone know if there is anyone that makes a crank pulley with the OEM diameter? Alternatively, does someone have the part number to get a new factory crank pulley? Thanks!

I think all the aftermarket ones are smaller. You should be able to find one used very easily and inexpensively.

There is actually a company that makes a pulley set for the FD that is not under-drive. Touge Factory ~ https://www.tf-works.com/tf-lightwei...d3s-13b-black/ I have this set which replaced my old worn ones and can confirm they’re the factory OD. Figured I would pass this along for further reference. Just a note, I agree with the above suggestions about hitting the classifieds. Plenty of them floating around.

Crazycalm,
Super Now makes a aluminum stock size crank pulley. I have one and works great. Here is a link to RHDJapan. They are around $135 plus shipping.

I wouldn't get the TF set, I bought a set from them few years back and the anodized coating on the main pulley was too thick, it prevent the 10mm bolts from going through the holes. They were about 45mins drive from me so I went there to exchange for another set, hopefully it was just a bad coating on the one I got, but all the pulleys they have there were like that. They said I have to sand off the coating to get the bolts through and I wasn't about to pay $150 for a set of pulleys that I have to grind off some coating to make it fit, so I returned it and bought a set from Banzai instead.
I would say I’m surprised but I’m not. I too bought them years back, and had one like you’re describing. Turns out they had the front holes to small before coating. An I agree cutting thru the coating isn’t ideal. They did just switch it it for me tho. I had forgotten the main is a slight under-drive. I bought the set because I didn’t know at the time if anyone who makes a aftermarket pulley for the power steering. I actually kept my oem size main because I’m not interested in anything under-drive, but that’s just me. I’m with ya on the banzai racing ones and if I could do it again I would of bought theirs ( great company and customer service).
PS~ thanks for the wheel from some years back. I’m lovin it
