If you have any modifications planned, just get the ACT street/strip clutch. It comes with everything you need, except for a new rear main seal ($8 from Mazda). Don't forget to refinish the flywheel.
If you are near stock and plan to stay that way, you can save a few dollars by simply buying the stock oem clutch.

If you are replacing the clutch, you should consider replacing the flywheel while you have the tranny out. A light flywheel will help peformance.......just something to consider.

I have been told that the Mazda OEM clutch is going to last the longest. It may not clamp as hard, but will last. I did this same research two years ago. I also got the lightened steel flywheel 17lbs
In the last two years I have olted everything that I could get my hands on. Now, that my motor is getting replaced, I am going with the ACT S/S clutch. I'd go for the 9.5lb flywheel, but I live in San Francisco and we have some serious hills here. I'm also in the poor house diue to this rebuild.
