Injectors cleaned once with the transition from 850 to 1300.

Fuel filter every 15K, have only done it once since I've had the car (driven only 22K)

I replaced my fuel filter at 90k, after buying it at 70k. Mazda requires it to be changed every 60k btw. Most ppl replace it at 30k.

I run a bottle of Techron every year. It's the only FI cleaner in a bottle that works in my opinion. If yours is clogged, get it professionally cleaned. If it's really badly clogged, you may have to have it removed for sonic cleaning and blue printing.
