Adding a second oil cooler?

Hey guys, I've got a touring model, but I'd really like to add a second oil cooler like the R1/R2 models. Has anyone ever done this? Or does anyone have any ideas about it? Should I stick with OEM, or just get two new aftermarket oil coolers?
