add coolant buzzer

well I was reading this tread but don't quite understand it.

I'm having the same problem, Add coolant lite on normal temps and full of coolant. where is the water level sensor? I thought it was behind the T-stat housing with one wire.

i had the same problem and changed my coolant level sensor for $48 from malloy mazda and its back to normal. like said its in the front of the thermostat housing, looks like a black rubber bolt with a wire coming out. simple to fix.

If I grab the wire of the sensor and ground it, should the buzzer stop? I just want to know before i order the sensor because it looks new.

Did you try grounding it? I would use some carb cleaner and a pipe cleaner and see if you can clean any gunk out of it.
