K&N Filters on Pettit CAI

I need either the model number or the dimensions of the 2 large K&N filters that come on the Pettit CAI. I need to order some for my intake pipes and those look to be about the size I need. Thanks.

The K&Ns Pettit uses are models B037A4, B035B4
