abs light turns on and car battery. the lights starting getting real dim.. and it got 2 a poin t were the car just died on me... I trie to turn it on.. no go... jumper cables let the car sit there.. turned it on... it died.. I bought a battery and it drove fine back home... next morning I went to work and when i was leaving work in the afternoon it suddenly died off.. I had the car towed and that light turned on right before it died.. ( the ABS light) so ... I assumed it was the alternator... but .,.. I remembered what special cars we have... so I decided to make a thread and get answers( even if it means getting flamed.) the search option was really inaccurate so i made this post... help if u can..

what other things could it be?
