My ABS warning lamp is lit. Is there a troubleshooting plan?

One of the easiest things you can do without a diagnostic is to stick a multimeter on each sensor and spin the wheels and see if you can get a reading. The resistance of the sensors as they are sitting with out spinning is 800-1200 ohms.
While not often, most likely a wheel speed sensor failed, especially if its out
of the blue.
The abs system will output fault codes in a light flashing sequence if you stick a test lamp in the correct pin of the diagnostic plug

The frequent thing to fail is the sensor at one of the wheel hubs. the wires often get stretched when people do a suspension install and neglect to unplug the wheel sensor to get enough slack to install the shock/spring.
The Factory Service Manual has the procedure and troubleshooting steps. You can download it from the link in the FAQ thread - https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...l-links-68640/
