99 Spec Tail Lights

I'm wanting the round 99 spec tail lights and I want to find the best place to purchase quality lights that look factory. I don't want them if they don't look original. How hard are they to install?

I can get 'em for ya. I just sold a set a week ago. I can get ya pretty much any JDM part, OEM or aftermarket. PM me if you're interested.

As for install, they install exactly like the 93 - 95 stock ones.

Wow did I get a lot of PMs lol. You guys check the For Sale section at all??

Pristine set, $475 SHIPPED to your door

Anyone who will commit to a set, feel free to PM me and tell me so, and you'll get first dibs on the first available set (I have wait lists on all sorts of parts...works out nicely for me and for buyers alike). I should have a couple of sets coming in soon.

Thanks
~Ramy

That is a good price...

http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/99spectails.htm

Only aesthetic difference between US spec lights and the '99 spec lights is that the '99 spec show the circles when illuminated.

Thanks. I'm not kidding when I say I can almost always beat any vendor's price

As for differences, if you look closely at the 2nd pic I posted (I tried to capture it), genuine 99spec lights have rounded circles. They kinda pop out a bit under the housing. The 93 - 95 stockers are flat. Plus, the 93 - 95 converted ones tend to bubble w/ time & heat. The 99spec ones don't.

Oh and btw, if you ever need any parts, feel free to drop by. I'm local

Prodigy, although this doesn't float my boat, do you mean like this?

This is the new craze in Japan. These tailights are a dime a dozen. PM me if that's what you're looking for.

kraked, sorry, those are the only pics I have of that style.

There are 3 other styles, however. One of them I'm NOT posting pics of, and I won't buy for anyone either because they're cleared/whited out Euro style Altezza-like lights, and I simply have NO desire to help someone destroy their FDs like that lol. It's REALLY bad haha.

Below are pics of the other 2 styles. This isn't my for sale thread, so please take all price/order inquiries to PMs.

Thanks
~Ramy

The second style:

The third style:

If you had read the post properly.... Ramy mentioned there is one other style of tail light which is the altezza, but he wouldnt post the pix because he refuses to sell those ugly things. Thats why he responded saying dont worry he wouldnt even put those on his civic, but was interested in the others......

led tail lights

wow, the led tail lights are amazing but they are way too expensive...They cost more than $700. Hopefully a group buy would lower it down a bit and i'll be down for it.

Hey does anyone know if its possible to take the us spec lights apart and do the 99 conversion yourself? It seems cheap but if its possible all you need is a high quality high temp black paint to paint the circles yourself.
