99 spec spoiler installed, pics

I just got my spoiler installed. It's the VIS 99 spec replica w/ carbon fiber center piece. Big thanks to Dan at Mr. Spoiler in Manassas. Great work and friendly service. Here's the pics.

I don't think it looks that good on the stock suspension and stock rims... but that's just me.

I got it off a group buy last spring. VIS purchased a real 99 spec wing and created replicas out of cast. My next project will be a 99 spec front end with lip, then rims. But we'll see, I've got a baby on the way...

I ain't made of money.

Rims are on the wish list. One thing at a time. I don't really want to mess with the stock suspension. The stock setup is good enough for me.

The vis replicas definitely are a good deal, but if anyone is looking for an authentic 99 spec spoiler they should hit up FDNewbie. I know he told me once before that he could get them at a competitive price.

i was in that group buy too. I still have yet to get it installed. As soon as the weather breaks, i will be putting on the 99 spec wing, the feed side skirts, and the r1 front lip spoiler i have. Im also thinking about a set of springs to lower the car about an inch and tighten things up. Mine is silver too. Only problem is i am on stock wheels like you.
