Post an ad in the classified section if your looking for the "best price". Or contact some of the guys who sell warehouses full of fd parts (Allrotor93, fritz Flynn) they may be able to help you out.

Finding something in the classifieds is definitely an option. As for new, only one place I know of and that is Corksport

Corksport but it will have the licnese plate front
Check with Pettit for a fiberglass one molded without a license plate holder.

Ebay also sells plateless urethane versions. There are theads about the fitment of the ebay 99 bumpers. You basically have to drill your own mounting holes and spend time getting the fitment right.

I would get the Corksport one, they look funny without the front plate.

I bought my 99 front off ebay for $1200, which included the lip, reinforcement, and combo lights. Plus it was already painted oem black. Would've bought the front assembly off corksport if I had not found the one off ebay.

I emailed Pettit a couple weeks ago since there isn't a price or a purchasing option on their site anymore... Have yet to hear anything back. Anyone know if they're still available?
