Well, the signal lights are much bigger.. you'll have issues with fitting the new signals.

You have to enlarge the holes for the 99 spec lights. Some people just hack off the ends, so it's up to you.

I just enlarged the holes a bit, but after cutting, there's not much material left anyway.

Here's a thread I started a few months ago about the same topic. You might find it useful.

or save yourself the work and just buy a 99' Rebar at rx7store.net or corksports.com.
The 99' Rebar will make a perfect fitment, plus you will benefit the additional 99' foglights if you prefer to have them on.

that's because you probably aren't even running on a Rebar. I see that FMIC, so you prob. took it off. IF the reinbar is taken off, than of course there's no modification to it whatsoever.

if you have the reinforcement bar - and it's a good idea to have it - then you need to enlarge the hole for the lamps (the original is the same size as the original lamps) - basically you just need to get it cut bigger (though I've seen some that look like a hammer was the only tool used...).

from this...

to this...

of course, if you read the link provided above - you will see everything you need to know

Again you don't have a rebar that's why yours didn't have any fitment issue.
I was refering to the 93-95 Rebar. If you have the 93-95 stock rebar than you will have to cut the signal lights to make it bigger to fit the 99 Combo Lights.
